Oil Painting:

OIL PAINTING LIKE THE MASTERS!
A fun and easy class for those who want to learn the many techniques of oil painting like the masters. This was a popular class last year so we thought we could do it again this year. We will take one of our favorite paintings by a master artist like Rembrandt or Vermeer and recreate it. (So think about this as you sign up for the class! Break open those art books people!) This is also a great class for those who have taken the Beginner class previously. Local artist and instructor Jennifer Redstreake Geary will focus on extending your knowledge and creativity through oils. A painting will be completed during the class. Classes meet once a week for four weeks and meet on designated Thursdays for two hours. Storage for your supplies is not available, but is available for your wet works-in-progress.

Five-week class on Thursday's, 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., beginning May 1.  Class fee $50.  Instructor: Jennifer Redstreake (e-mail: redstreake@mac.com).  Call Pat at 962-2356 for a registration form.
